On this particular project, Warren Industrial’s task was to design and build an Off-Line Leak Test Stand for an oil cooler assembly at a local automotive parts manufacturer. The purpose of the stand was to pinpoint an exact location on the oil cooler assy and would have to be submerged in water to do so. The oil cooler would get fastened to the fixture plate after an off-the-shelf seal was installed and tightening the cooler to the fixture. FasTest plugs were used to see the cooler ports and clamped down while under pressure. That assembly would then be able to rise in and out of the tank..
